how many different injectors are there for the rover V8?????

thats if there are any different ones....

what i was thinking was, that i would have thought the TVR injector may have been diffent to a landrover injector.... am i correct in thinking this!!!!

also on my old landrover injectors it has a small green piece of plastic around the top.... is this to identify the diffent ones????? its just my new set of injectors have a little blue piece!!!!!! :?

There are loads of different injectors for the hotwire system as it is a standard fitment. There is a massive range over in the states tuning shops sold by their flow rate. You can get them here as well but it usually takes a bit more digging around matching other cars up to the flow rate you want and of course they cost a lot more here as well.

I got my RR 4.2l hotwire injectors cleaned and 7 came out ok but the 8th was only firing about 60% compared to the others so I asked for a new one of the same spec. I'm pretty sure the new one I got is the same as the blue one in your pic.

Not run the engine yet so I'm just taking the guys word for it :?
