Adaptor for capri 3L 4-Speed box to Ford 5.0L V8

Hi guys,

Im converting my MK3 capri 2L Laser to run a 5.0L ( 302ci ) V8 motor, the V8 came with a AOD Box but i really wanna have the car as a manual.

does anyone know if there are any companies that do an adaptor plate to mate my engine ( 6 bolt bellhousing ) to a capri 3L 4-speed box or to a Cossy T5?

I woukd have my doubts about the 3ltr box, perhaps a Mk3 Zephyr box would be an option as they were loosely built around the T4,
The T5 from a mustang would be the better bet with the 10 spline input shaft, mated to a Mustang T5 bellhousing, would be the easy option, or even a tremec 5 speed ifyou can find one

I do keep looking around for a 'stang T5, but as yet nothing , but unfortunately i'm also on a bit of a tight budget too ( thats the problem with having 3 project cars on the go )
