It definately would be THE doughnut machin of the century with that much power and light weight and then of course you can go and tune it some more!
Watch this one keenly guys as it will benefit all of us as this chap will no doubt become the master of getting traction after driving this for a while! And i though i had it bad in my capri!

just got it back today from having exhausts made, friday its off to have a weeks woth of welding done as well as having Wilwood MustangII uprights/hubs/discs ( 330mm ) and 6 pots fitted, rear end moddified to take a full mustang cobra IRS rather than the normal sierra/granada, then then its back home to be strip down so the chassis can be plasted, dipped and powder coated

You'd be better using the block as a stressed member if possible, to add overall strength to the chassis.
fabricate a lot of mounts to the block and gearbox from various points on the frame chassis.
The closer to suspension pickups, the better.
Cool project though..it will be an animal !
