Online unc bolt shop
Can anyone suggest somewhere to buy some 3/8 unc bolts? I'm after 4 about 4" long to bolt my engine to a stand, but everywhere I've tried so far have ended up about 15 quid or so seems steep to me for 4 bolts? Cheers mike
I use APEX Fasteners in Slough, Berkshire for all my odd stuff.
They will post out what you need pretty quickly.

or use rocker gear bolts.
or buy a length of 3/8" UNC threaded rod and nuts and cut as required.
But egay etc has most of that stuff.
Yes you can consider £2 a bolt sometimes as too expensive, £8 in total for 4.
But these days, how much would it cost to drive about trying to source locally, when you order online and they arrive at your door.
Most small stuff even if the purchase price seems dear, overall it still works out cheaper, and definitely handier
