Head gasket

Quick question for you guys,
I have a head gasket going on landrover & have begun the stripdown, question is do i replace both whilst its stripped or just the problematic one? What i dont want to do is have the other fail because of disturbance of the surrounding fittings. Do any of you have any experience with this & any helpful advice?

defo do them both mate, for the sake of undoing exhaust manifold and head bolts, do it then u know its done.

So glad i decided to replace offside head gasket as it was going the same way as the failed one. Most components replaced but rain has stopped play!
