silly question time,

Its 12 years since I last sold a car, what do I have to send back to the DVLA, I have the front page of the V5C which has been signed by the purchaser and myself, Do I have to send this off, or keep it for further reference,??

Fairly sure you have to send that back to DVLA either you or the purchaser.

Take a photocopy before you send it off and send it recorded mail DVLA muppets are "loosing" a lot of documents at present
