Emergency 911 Water Leak - Part 2

Post by Simeon »

And my next water leak is -

P6 short nose water pump fitted. Underneath the pump there is a small drain hole. I constantly have water dripping out of it. Please tell me I don't have to take the pump off :(

Ian

Can you still get new or reconditioned ones of the short nose variety?

I got mine (Quinton Hazel) off evilbay

I found the only one that worked is the one with the "tri wing / cutout" (Look at a couple of pictures and you'll see the shape ; needed to get to the bolts) on the fan mount flange. Others had different gasket shape etc
