I might be selling her anyway as I have a project car that is almost ready for the road that I would MUCH rather put my money in. The Capri is a blast because you do NOT see them at all on the streets here in the US, but my Riviera is a much more desirable car in the states. The market for them is just to attractive to not sink money into it. I gave 800 bucks for it, surfed, did homework, and shopped, it is about a 4-5k car in its current state. The Capri however, I can't even stop and get gas and not draw a crowd. I dunno about your guys rover engines, but my little 302 growls just like a 5.0 Mustang, so it throws folks off to see it rumble by.
So how do I figure out the current strut in the car? And the wiring on these Capris SUCKS. THe fuse box is an absolute NIGHTMARE. I am having MAJOR issues with my lights and it is all stemming from the fuse box! Below is some of my past turds. The 65 Rivera is a current turd. I have had about 17 cars in the past 5 years. 2- v8 vegas, v8 pinto, javalin, nova ss, ect.
