T5 worth the extra money than LT77?

Post by topcatcustom »

Car not used for any real serious stuff- the occasional rag no doubt..... only experience of LT77 boxes I have are in land rovers and the long lincage doesnt do any favours but noticed there are a lot of T5 boxes about and I may chase a bell housing if its really worth the extra, can you use the same clutch plate?

If you are not putting 300 hp/250 ftlbs thru a LT77 in a heavy car, it will be fine, I never broke a lt77 drag racing,
