I have never heard it so noisy, it could even be on open pipes its that loud

but it sounds really CRISP
I even got a coment from the MOT man yesterday to how noisy my car is, fortunatly I convinced him all the noise is from the induction side

If I could get to run on all 8 at once I think I will need earplugs, dont know why its so LOUD now, its exactly the same spec as before its rebuild, all I have done is advanced the cam a few degrees and fitted Roller Rockers, New leads and coilpacks are next to fit, see if that will make it run on all 8.
it s now TAXED and MOTd and nearly ready to scare the fook out of me,

Maybe you've got combustion in the headers.......... Red hot manifolds will give the game away.

Yeah I have been there with the glowing headers, but I think the timing is nigh on spot right, I think once I can get it to run on all 8, a trip up to Dave Walkers is on the cards as I am sure the map is now wrong,

It will be quieter on all 8 IMO, as it will be running much smoother.

Well I have found one of the reasons its been running rough, because of a broken rocker arm adjuster, dont know why its broken possibly because its been over tightened as its broken flush with the rocker and just under the lock nut
