Fuel Sender Wiring

I replaced my old MGB fuel sender unit with a later spec one in order to convert the tank to run EFI (later spec sender has fuel pickup built in, so original can be used for fuel return).

Only problem is, the old sender had two terminal fittings (power and earth) and the new one only has one terminal???

How do I go about earthing it? I've checked all my wiring diagrams for the MG (I have them all lol) and they're all the same, single wire going to sender, then to earth via what appears to be a resistor??
