Gearbox choice for Transit

What would be the best manual gearbox option for a Rover V8 into a Ford Transit

Currently have a manual Diesel 5 speed gearbox in Transit,but not sure if it will cope with extra power and Torque of the V8.

If you can fit the engine to the box, you wont break it, and you will still have decent van ratios.

Once you have made the adaptor you should have a ready supply of very cheep gearboxes even if you do break one
