Head rebuild Rover v8 3.5l

Hello, i have a rover v8 3.5l from LR 101 FC, it is a 8,25 compression ratio engine. I need to do a head rebuild a want to ask you guys if i can use this parts. Want to upgrade the heads with valve guide with seals. I am thinking of leaving the standart crankshaft and hydraulic tappets inside the engine. Skimming the heads and using this parts:
Exhaust valve - STC1122
Inlet valve - STC1121
Push rod - 603378
Valve guide - LGJ100900
Valve guide seal - ERR1782
Can anyone tell me if these parts will be compatible with my engine head ? Engine head part number is 612571.
Also want to equip the engine with duplex timing chain and corresponding aftermarket wheel. Can anybody recommend something good with link/part number?
