Anybody know where they are measured at, Is it the inside, outside or middle of the rim?

Marki,

I think it's the outside diameter. I've just measured an old 14" Momo in the garage and it could be 350mm but it seems to be the O.D.

Hope this helps (or not)

Thanks guys. I just changed my steering column so my original doesn't fit anymore. Just wanted to be sure so I got the same size so I can still see my clocks properly.
