ive taken the -ve off the coil packs and wired them in as the megajolt website suggests and got it working lovely that way.

old ones shouldnt stretch. there is no angular tightening of them to take the stretch out.

ive reused mine and only put 10 in. lets see how long the gaskets last

it is 100% guaranteed factory loomfrom an 89 range rover. that little lot is sprouting from the loom near the afm area. definately a flapper loom and definately a factory one. the wire colours are black, black and white, white and coming off the relay, blue and white the other relays are iin the car...

na i mean i have got that bit sussed, the range rover flapper loom doesnt have the supposed wire. ive got a relay with a couple of wires on it that doesnt appear to go anywhere but no wire that is supposed to set the efi to go

right ive come to wire it all together now, looking for the wire to feed the efi. i dont appear to have it at all.

can this be right?

would it have anything to do with how its mounted? as in if it was bolted up one way round, it would work but the other way it would appear that the engine is running backwards?

i understand the wiring diagram, im just struggling to visualise it. ill have to post some photos of the loom ive created at the moment. ive got the coils wired in with a +ve tail coming off ready for the capacitor

could someone point me to the right place for one of the 25mf capacitors or suppressors at all? id also like to see how its wired. i am struggling to fully grasp it. im sure i have the basics sorted though

im yet to buy the MJ set up and want to make sure all my bases are covered and have no bad suprises. i want to get it all ready to put in easily.

in this post http://www.v8forum.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?t=150 its stated i need to put a lead on the -ve of the coil to trigger the efi. now with MJ i wont have a -ve on the coil.

how the hell do i make the efi fire?

right well after stripping all the ezk and efi looms from all of the main looms to separate them from the lights ect.
