Does anybody know of a good site with wheel dimensions against car manufacturer, PCD offset and the like. I am looking for wheels for the scim but it has a very unfashionable 3mm negative offset. This leaves me with either using something like 40mm wheel spacers which isn't going to happen. Making new hubs and stub axle (not sure what the results of that would be like) or getting custom wheels which by the time your finished isn't far short of £350 a wheel plus tyres. So in a last ditch attempt I am trying to find a car manufacturer with as near as possible dimensions and that wheels are readily available for.

All I could find that were close(ish). You'd need a narrower spacer with the BMW's and you'd certainly get more choice. Not sure of the selection of 'great' wheels withe 4x4's though

cheers I should have said my pcd is 4x 114.5. Some pug wheels are 13mm positive but the PCD is 108. I guess re-drilling the hubs would be no big deal but re-drilling and using spacers might be pushing things a bit?

As for that offset !!! havent a clue.

Have a word with Compomotive, their ML range is not hugely expensive and come in a variety of designs allowing for a lot of different inset/offset
My rears are 8x15s and have a -21 offset.

Minilite sorted me out my 15" wheels, give them a try also as they can havethe wheels made in all sorts of shapes and sizes at your request. Cheap too yet very high quality. Mine worked out at £120 a wheel (15x7) painted gold with a diamond cut rim.

I presume you have dissmissed the idea of split rims for some reason?
If not then racecarsdirect.com usually have people selling off job lots of splits in various sizes, you may have to get new centers but a bit of mix and match should get you there.

No split rims is what I first looked at but by the time you add all the bits to them they come out at just short of £350 per wheel plus tyre. I just don't want to spend that kind of money and if I had to I would just keep the wheels I have.

Gav if it was a Ford I had it would be easy as there are any amount of wheels for little money out there that fit them. Will look out minilite though and see if they can do anything for me.

Have mailed Compomotive for prices as their site is priceless so will see what comes back from them

Ratger than go thru Compomotive, have a look at Peter Loyd Rallying or similar, they seem to be cheaper than most http://www.peterlloydrallying.co.uk/

I got mine via Peter Lloyd too...seemed to be the cheapest.

Although Reyland have some very good pricing on Compomotive stuff.

Got to warn you though, that Mr. Cooper (blessed be his name for this Forum) has an aversion to Minilites

I can at least vouch for the strength of minilites. I cocked up the exit of a roundabout once, slammed the n/s/r wheels into a kerb, bent the halfshaft ALOT, shattered the wheel bearing, ruined the bearing housing in the axle casing, bent the disc and caliper bracket.




























the wheel was perfectly straight though!
