I'a a newbie to this forum, and have joined because it's the only place I could find an answer to a problem re Ballast resistor in the ignition system.I had a lot of help from an expert mechanic converting a MGB roadster to Rover V8 engine ten years ago, and it went well for a while. I was then distracted (converting a barn in France) until 18 mos. ago I took it up again and decided it needed a 4.6 Range rover engine, which I've been rebuilding myself, and is now in the car nearing the final stages of reassembly for the second time....javascript:emoticon(':roll:')
