Slight change of plans.Efi to carbs. (coils)

After getting my engine, 3.5 Efi, around about an 87(?) model, I have now been offered a Edelbrock 'performer' inlet and a carb, (weber 500) edelbrock badged thingy!
Forgive my description, all I know is it's the same as the ones offered on E-bay for around £700.

It's all new to me, be gentle!... I was geared up to fit the Efi, but now this has come up I am going to go with carbs.
I'm not into massive performance, extreme off roading or anything like that, just love the V8 noise.
So carbs, They are BRAND NEW but sat around, got a light bit of corrosion to the alloy but new and un used.
What is the best/recommended set up for these?
As said...RV8, 3.5 no mods except SS headers.

Also I've been advised to get a DECENT coil system and a DECENT fuel pump, any pointers for whats best for me?
I possibly should of put this in a different section but I'm here now..feel free to move?

This is being fitted into my 1992 Hilux Mk3.

Ignition wise, just get something standard from a Range Rover EFi.
