Every so often cannot connect to V8 or Capri forum. When it happens no issue on any other sites.

When it happened today did a trace route and this is the result

Happens to me all the time. I generally click a link then go look at another site and go back to forum. Just assigned to the fact that the hosting isnt very good but hey they are cheep.

Was not sure if it was just me seeing the issue. Like you say Marki normally works if you try a little later

same as mate,
and yup they are cheap,
but if anyone can find cheap reliable hosting in the uk that can support both sites and forums (databases), and dont sting us for the traffic and data we shift each month then im listening, as not paying £300+ per year for UK hosting

Right after threatening to leave our current host,
we have now been moved to a new more reliable server, (we shall see)
if during the day while im not about if the forum is off line could all of you that encounter any problems, timeouts etc log the time roughly and how long its a problem roughly,
just so i have something to throw back at them,

and mail me on tonyatcapri56.freeserve.co.uk remove the at and replace with @, this email account is always online and has nothing to do with the hosts in the USA.

Marki is there any way we can monitor the forum uptime and down time mate???
