Gear linkage help needed

Folks,
Could someone with a four wheel drive LT77/LT230 transmission using the transfer shift mechanism shown below give me the dimensions of items 10 and 11 ( or the LR part numbers )
I'm wondering if they could be used in the two wheel drive remote housing - of course if some one knows these are not available then plan B is to get some made.
