hi people just finished putting a 3.9 hot wire v8 in my land rover and the ecu dose not seam to be powering up i have cheeked the wireing and all seams right

the earths are on the back of the head

white purple wire is to the pump

browen is on live
and white is going to the coil
single black wire is on the coil as well but when i turn go to start it there is no clicking from the realys or any thing what should i cheek
any one know the pin out so can cheek power there

What is the return path to the battery like? ie what is the earth engine to chassis, chassis to batery like? There is debate on where you should earth your ECU to, to engine and back to battery via alternator common earth via chassis, or direct back to the battery. Personally I would go for a nice thick clean feed from the battery and avoid all the noise from the alternator, others float their earths with the alternator noise, make your own choise.
