i was planning to connect the breather on the engine to the exhaust,on one bank only,to releave crankcase peasure ,do i need to connect both banks up,or is it not an issue,i have seen breathers connected to the intake scoop,but would the engine drasticaly reduce the life of the air filter.

One bank is sufficient.
If you connect to the intake then connect it after the filter

i will have to make an adaptor between filter and carb,and then tee in both banks,but then the scoop will be even higher than it is now ,if i could figure out how to upload a photo to show the setup,i think i will start the engine and see ,cheers
