For a start the RR one is about 10lbs (?) heavier... I dont have an SD1 fly to put beside a RR one to take pictures so not sure about face height.

Hello Matey
The RR flywheel is thicker than the SD1 unit and if you try to use it with the SD1 bell housing it will foul.
I think the clutch dowels are spaced wider as well
cheers

Cheers, dont suppose anyone knows how thick a standard 9.5" clutch is (to the fingers) when bolted up? Sorry for the slight hijack..!

Hi Guys
Dimensions for RR flywheel from back of ring gear to clutch face.

Range Rover 11.70mm.

SD1 7mm. Not the 10mm I thought it was

Think I have a clutch in bits for next project here so if I get time tonight I will measure up and post details.
Regarding your prop Tom, have you tried Reco prop for a quote?

Cheers
Paul
