Tremeck T5 vs R380

Hi..
My 5.2litre SD1 need new gearbox. I have got 2 choices. Brand new tremec/cosworth T5 gerbox or recon R380. Price of the boxes are,
tremec inc belhousing, "shifter" kit some clutch parts etc small parts. Price approx 1600inc vat and shipping to Finland.
Recon R380 approx 830£ inc vat and shipping to Finland.
So if R380 will handle 380Nm of torque and T5 will handle 440Nm. R380 is 99% bolt on, but T5 will need some modifications, propshaft, speedo, mounting pracket etc?
Is the T5 worth of that money? I think it is better with gears shift etc.. And it is slightly stronger?
Tremec TKO500 is too expensive, and i will need new clutch palte etc..
