Logged on at approx 01.30 this am and within a couple of minutes got a Trojan alert from my AVG protection

Tony has worked the oracle and got us up a running again, but recommend everyone do a security check on their own PC to avoid re-infection.

yeah was on it at 6am before the morning rush of emails started saying it was hacked again

been quiet for nearly two weeks then today it was hacked.

Cant you tell the hosts to get their finger out and get their end secured? This is getting beyond a joke now and I think there should be some serious compensation heading your way.

i did try mate,
but they didnt want to know really,
i sent numerous emails regarding compensation,
and got no replys back,

I must try and get this forum updated to the latest version in pbp2, (done the capri one)
but not that easy with all the add ons we have here

pbp3 is now out but not sure how stable it is, and will mean the forum being down again while we upgrade to version3, and do all the extras as we have here.
being at work all day aint easy trying to do the forum upgrade,
and when i get home i fall a kip

will book some time off work soon and give it a go,

fuckers have done us again this evening,
im trying to get in via ftp to relaod the files hacked but im being kicked out,
i will keep trying

be careful mate as im not 100% sure its all clean
im still going through files checking,
you mangaed a conection ok?
as FTP keeps timing out and get server timeout while i was trying to upload the whole forum files i have this end.
so having to do it one at a time (and its ferkin me off)

When I tried to connect last night was redirected, Symantec kicked in and advised of these 2

SyywareProtect2009 and SpywareGuard2008

Also I notice you mention FTP, you do know that is not a secure method of file transportation and anyone sniffing can obtain logins and passwords

I was talking to Tony last evening and the hacker hit us as we spoke. my AVG identified the source of the threat as.

miosmsworld.com/pdf.php

as an exploit pdf

Did a google search and Google and Norton are investigating the threat as of yesterdays date.

Any of you PC guys know of any way we can send the source somthing they won't like or now the problem source is identified is there anything else we can do to have the bastard shut down?

right im working with a mate of mine right now with the new phpbb3, for the forum,
we may lose the garage feature to keep it simple,
will that be a problem to any one?????
