LT77 Gear Stick

Hi guys, got a sherpa gear stick for a few bob as I know the sd1 version will be too long, I think it is missing a couple of bits though! What sort of fitting should there be on the end in this pic that fits onto the selecter rod on the back of the 'box?
Also everything on the top is all rattly and horrible- any ideas or does it all tighten up when bolted on?

think its just a spherical bearing on the selector rod. You used to could buy a new ball joint type thing but whether you can still get them I have no idea. Cant see from the photo but there should be a big spring on there as well which will tighten things up. The two ends sit on the bolts pointing towards the gear knob end on your first pic. It might be there but I just cant see it.

your missing the yoke and 2 springs ( 97 & 100 ), LDV don't sell these items seperatly now , you have to buy the complete gearstick in one part .. over £400

keep and eye on ebay they sometimes show up , they where fitted to ldv200's and some not all ldv400's so any one breaking ldvs on ebay is worth an email
