Just managed to aquire a 24" colchester student for scrap value, with all the tooling, now I AM A HAPPY BUNNY
all I have to do is get it home, God knows how much it weighs, got to be 2tons++

Nice one! Envy envy... Take it that's scrap value of previous times
I collected a Harrison for someone, reckon that was around 1.5 ton and the car wasn't majorly happy hauling it (A4 2.8 quattro). Trailer hire wasn't a bad price but could've done with a better tow car.

nice piece of kit.
Though I would think a car flatbed trailer and a few planks to spread the load should get it home.

sorry mate I promised it away a long time ago, tbh I wish I could have sold it, but it going to a old mate, so Im not that fussed
