Typical 'production' crank balance figure is < 10 gcm with the correct equivalent masses on the rod pins. Actually, production balance machines do the 'equivalent mass thing' in the software and only ever balance to a nominal set of pistons and rods. Any decent balancing outfit will do better than that on a one off basis.
Just re-read the question and now think you're asking how many pounds (money) - doh !

Cost of balancing the rotating parts, crank, rods, pistons, flywheel and front pulley is in the region of £150.00 for a straightforward balance to £250.00 if the addition of heavy metal is required, this is by Real Steel but they are backed up for at least six weeks. The same specs at Serdi also in Uxbridge is £350.00/£500.00! only 1-2 weeks wait.
Ther are not many people in the south that seem to do V8's but if your nearer the Midlands you probably have more choice.
