Hi..

I´m building stage 4 5200cc RV8 engine (fast road use) And i need new plugs soon..
What you guys recon?
I have got also stage3 4,6 engine and i run with NGK BPR6E plugs.. (V-line/series plugs) also they ars std plugs for std 4,6HSE range rover.

So can i use same plugs, or is it better to buy cooler? I´m happy with NGK, Bosch aren´t so good in my mind.. :?

Denso Iridium are very good. Off the top of my head I think the IW16 will fit a rover v8 too. Denso are oem on loads of jap cars but it's so difficult to persude people who are set in their ways to venture away from NGK and Bosch.

Denso do make good plugs, but I still prefer NGK.

Wouldnt use Bosch or Champion though, unless I had no other options

So, whats the final answer? :D

I like to use NGK and champion, then bosch and maybe denso?

So if i use NGK BPR6E in my 4,6 stage 3, is it better to use excample BPR?E in my 5200 stage 4? Slightly colder? (dont remember is the bigger or smaller number colder or hotter)

NGK 5 is hot, NGK 9 is COLD

I last ran PFR7B's in my RV8 ( NGK double platinum....more often found in Jap turbo cars )

I think I ran something like BCPR6ES before that.. Ive tried all sorts of weird plug setups. TBH, never really noticed much difference..

I've been using B8ECS on both my Nitrous motors on road and track for a year now and they have been very good.
