??
i have only just found this out myself
i replaced the carbs on my early engine to flapper EFI
and i have just found out that the cams are differant
=
CARB = inlet opens :36 BTDC closes :64 ATDC / exhaust opens :74 BTDC closes : 26 ATDC
EFI = inlet opens : 24 BTDC closes :52 ATDC / exhaust opens :62 BTDC closes : 14 ATDC
the question is ...do's it matter ?

My new 4.6 engine has a custom efi high torque camshaft fitted, but is fuelled by twin SU carburettors.
How does it perform?
In a word....awesome.
Smooth idle at 600rpm, outstanding pulling power right from idle, better fuel economy than my original 3.5 litre engine,...am I pleased?....you bet

The EFI cam looks pretty soft, so what you have should give better performance unless it's a heavy vehicle.
