Carb or injection?

Hello, i have a 4.0 rover which i'm building, should i use a holley which i do at the moment or fit a hotwire injection set up. Which injection kit is the best to use and where would i sourse the parts?

If you don't understand 'lectrics, go for the Holley. If you do, fuel injection is better.

IMH (but biased) opinion I wouldn't go for POD EFI. Enough people have done the MegaSquirt (or VEMS) conversations to make them pretty much a no brainer and all the steps are on a number of websites.
