Can you please advise which MSD Ignition Coil will be best suited for a Rover V8 3.9EFI with the MSD6 offroad {msd6470}? Do I need a Rev Limiter to go with this system or is the rev limiter in the ECU enough? Will I need a Tech Adapter?

Yes you will need an adaptor as the hotwire doesn't understand the tach out from the msd. A blaster 2 coil would be a good choice but there are others. Is it the 6al or the 6 that you have? Either way it all depends on the spec of your engine whether you need a limiter or not. The rover engine wont rev high enough in standard trim to break unless you mean to. If you have a high revving cammed engine then yes its a good idea but you should have got the 6al which has a limiter built in. I have no idea what limiters are compatible with the 6 if it isn't the 6al that you have.

Yep!
The Blaster 2 coil is very good.

I have an MSD 6 Off Road part no: 6470. I wondered which Blaster 2 coil I need to fit on a Rover V8 3.9 EFI.
