Rover V8 4.6 crank counterweights clearance

Does anyone know how far below the block the counterweights reach. I need to know to check windage/baffle clearance in my new sump.
Cannot wait, took my sump off and checked one of the lobes appears to be 28mm. Oops my new sump has the baffle plate at 27mm. damn!
