Just bought a tuned Rover V8 donk (350BHP) with a ZF 4HP22 box on the back to use in an MGB Roadster conversion. Can anyone tell me what the best ratio in the diff would be ?

The MGB V8 diff is 3.07:1 but I'm not sure how that would go with my new toy.

I used one of the many gear / wheel calculation freebies and came up with a simple spreadsheet showing for each gear ratio the resultant RPM vs MPH as basically I wanted a car that was not screamig at 70mph. I suggest your answerr is one similar to mine.
