Anyone live near Newcastle/durham

I have to move house tomorrow and my bad back is playing up. It really is screwed, can hardly walk.
is there anyone up this area that would be willing to help, a few bear vouchers in it for you, negotiable, maybe fuel plus £40 quid. Not much stuff to move, and is just down road. Wouldnt ask but tonight I can hardly walk and don't know how bad it will feel in the morning.
