Anybody recommend somewhere to get alu sheeting from - preferably up near the northwest. Need to be no longer than 1500mm, probably about 1000mm width.

Wouldn't mind the option of flat and chequerplate.

Turned out the carbon fibre i wanted for my interior had actually doubled in price, so that's out the window!

There's usually one or two local ones, have a web search for steel stockholders, suppliers, that type of thing. Google and yell.com, the regional directories etc. People I use have chequerplate and various stuff as well as the usual.
Some do minimum orders, so best find a place you can buy what you want over the counter,

I usually just use ebay. You can blame the Airbus A380 for the price of CF same thing happened to me and it just wasn't worth the cost.

I generally look for Carbon elsewhere, Beleive it or not, EBay.Com. The US side of things, and its so much cheaper.
