Yet again been let down by another company with my engine,
called today to see if any chance i could have it back before crimbo to be greeted with not touched it and far to busy to even look at it this side of crimbo, (only had my block since October),
The engine has been out since July and been to two different places,
why do i bother,

Any recommendations around oxford upwards as far as Hull?

needs the block facing off back to the liners and deck checking/maching again if needed, block needs a rebore to suit the new pistons, and the crank offset grinding,

My engine is going to Coventry boring for the block being faced off 30 thou and the heads skimmed-its the only place that RB will trust apart from Chesmans - But Chesmans are absolutely rammed with work at the moment and would not be able to touch it until well into the new year.

It is hateful having to wait and getting messed around.

Problem is usually the best guys are just flat out like that.

Pulling the plug just before Xmas and taking it elsewhere could be a risky move ?

Can you put pressure ( ie beg lol ) on the guys who currently have it ?
