Any One Care To Take a Guess?

Right the days is getting closer,
Off to Bailey Performance on the 16th for a full map and set up,
Any one want to take a guess on the power shes kicking?

Well if its running 14psi of boost then would expect around 500bhp on a good 4.6 putting out around 300 as std.

I guess that's why you want the bigger trumpets off me!
I wont be able to get them done by the 16th - and has to be said, it would be good to map it with them fitted.

No it was not really to be honest mate, if it was done then was going to try it,
Dale from Bailey Performance is sponsoring the capri this year and im up there on the 16th for a mapping session,
I have one of my old hotwire trumpet bases here now with the trumpets out, how much is a good starting point to trim off the trumpets?? 25mm??
Can see what the difference is then compared to the standard length stock trumpets that on there now while we have the rollers

What did it make on Martins Dyno last time out Coops ?

235 at the fly with the 3.9 engine in, around 195-7ish at the wheels

Unless you need to reduce their height for fitment reasons in a shallow plenum...I'd just leave them alone.
The blower will be taking good care of everything.
But certainly if you get a chance to do before/after testing on the dyno it would be very interesting to see.

better update this lol.
started off at around 350 RWHP by the end of the day Perry Reg and myself witnessed 404RWHP from my charged 4.6
