Brand new 4.2 V8 short block.

Hi Guys,
I have a brand new 4.2V8 short block. Was bought out of a bankrupt LR garage and then in dry storage for 7 years. I dragged it out cleaned it down as it was covered in protective wax and rebuilt with graphagon grease. I was going to put it into a off road trayback but think I might be mad.
My question if I was to sell what's it worth.
