Hello to Kevin the Mole and Gelmonkey,
have you chaps been washed out to sea yet?

can I sell you a nice house in Oxfordshire I'm sure there will be a few going cheap in the spring.
I actually hope all is well with you and things are not too damp. . . but I can't resist a leg pull!

My girlfriend asked me last night if we are going to flood as we live near the Humber estuary........I showed her the GPS app on her phone.......297 feet above sea level.....I said probably not
