Hi all new to the forum and with a poorly v8

Hi all I'm micheal I joined the forum as I own a v8 discovery and I'm always after advice on what repairs and what else I can get sorted on the engine.
Pretty much I seem to spend my time sorting out other people's mistakes and bad repairs that haven't worked or over time has come undone and causing me problems.
