Hi all,just a quick message to say hello.My favourite all-time engine has always been the rover V8,I had 3 SD1's in my younger days and always wanted another.My latest aquisition is a robin hood 2B kit car currently fitted with a 2 litre pinto but have managed to find an old V8 motor locally which does need a rebuild AND a gearbox so that will be the engine of choice to replace it in the near future.Really needed to join your forum for all the invaluable info that I'm going to have to read up on in order to get the V8 hood on the road...Mark.

they are a good bunch here mate,

Thanks guy's,will get some pics loaded of the before and after later on,not even got the engine yet,got to evict the bike that's taking up the space the engine is going to occupy and stick it in the lock-up next to the hood lol.
