ive got a '91 chevy camaro z28 with a 383 sbc, ive got a medium spark at the coil but nothing at the plugs, tried two diff dizzys,coils and sets of leads, all earths ok,,,,,, any ideas

When you say sets of leads are you including the king lead? Is it routed correctly and not rubbing against anything? If your spark is present at the coil but not coming out of the dissy.....
