Don't forget if you fit EFI the tank will need modifying for the fuel return. Depending on what year your MG is you might get away with just replacing the fuel sender, which cost me £12.

I use a later spec tank with an early type fuel sender unit (the one with the fuel pick-up built in). Use the sender as the fuel supply, and fit the return to the original fuel connection on the tank. I haven't done it yet but I have all the bits, so it shuold work lol!

Thats an expensive one, saw one last year go for £29 with 4 months MOT (unfortunatly no tax :lol: ) second most fun car I ever had.
I am getting another one one day for the spare SBC I have in the garage.
You should have seen the look on the wife's face when I turned up in the first one I had :shock:
