What is the standard pressure that bosch injectors are rated at? I have some red topped ones, apparently 33lb p/h.

they are huge you probably wont be able to open and close them quick enough on a rover engine. The general flow data is usually at 3 bar 43 odd psi.

@ kokkolanpoika those are flowing way more than 3.9 injectors should LL part No ERR722

Hi Gavin,

From what I can tell these is not one standard, it seems to be injector specific.

kokkolanpoika, there must be something wrong with the way those injectors were tested. Even at 3bar I would think the flow would max out at abot 215cc/min

I have got full flow data available if you want it? If i found it?
My friend has got ford mustang 5.0gt 1991- He wash the injecktors same day as mine, (bacause it was cheaper wash over 16injectors than 8 ) but after mine, they flow 195cc/min. Book say 19lbs Witch is 193,8cc/min

I just notice that mine injectors have got also number 1244?

There is something for injectors.

And i have got programmable injection system, engine produce about +300hp at least 280hp over 3years go. And injection time (duty cycle) is ~55% @full throtle 5500-6000rpm, and injectors firing batch mode.

In TVRs they're normally run at 2.5 bar, I assumed that was the standard pressure for the hotwire system.
