The engine workshop manual also covers the smaller capacities from 3.5 through.
In all cases, the torque now as specified for the crankshaft pulley is the same as for the 4.6,...ie 200ft/lbs.
I would expect that your forged steel crank would have been designed to accomodate such a torque as applied to the pulley retaining bolt.
