It certainly does Tony. This forum is excellent, best I've used, but it does bother inexperienced people such as myself when we get conflicting advice (from a lot of tuners - who are generally doom and gloom spend more money types).
V8D listened to what I wanted, gave advice, so I could make the best decision for ME and MY wallet, you can't argue with that at all.
Its all resting on whether this 4.6 block is suitable for relinering or not though
If it is, well . . . yee-haaa!

Well, I sent an enquiry to DJE about single plane manifold but got never any reply. Well, to be honest I did not get an answer from Wildcat Engineering either... So, apparantly V8 specialists are doing so fine that they do not need any more customers.

Good for them. It is nice that there are still companies willing to deal with possible customers.

If you think its bad trying to get a response from locals....try trying to buy stuff from the US !!!!!
I have actually placed orders with some, and they agreed to fulfill, for me never to hear from them again !!!!

yup had that to, "right sir I'll get back to you in 5 minutes with shipping on that so I can complete your order" did she did she hell.. spent my £1450 through E-bay instead three days later when I got sick of waiting "5 minutes" for my return call. At least with Ebay they have to process your order just have to be carefull as the P and P changes from the quote you get before you buy.
