Basically it's got to be one of 3 causes:
1 Oil starvation: low oil, cracked blocked or loose oil pick up pipe, oil not returning to sump, blockage in feed galleries in block / pump.
2. Oil leak : leak past relief valve, through bearings, lifters, rocker shafts, cracked block / head etc
3. Wrong gauge readings.
As you are confident 3 is not an issue I would focus on 1 and 2, you say you have another engine, why not swap the oil pumps over?, if that does not work i would suggest you remove firstly try it with the oil slightly overfilled and if that has no effect remove the sump and check the oil pick up.
Loosing all oil pressure @ full throttle??

Need more ideas..
I fit new std piston/valve + spring, and i prime the oil pump, and i notice that there is a plash noice in the oil system, Never heard this voice before now..?
Voice is just like i pull the toilet.. I think the pump suck air somwhere?
And sometimes this voice dosen´t be heard if i drill the pump a long time..
(oil drain pack in sump)?
I just remove the oil sump and oil pick up pipe. Pick up gasket shows it is good contition, and bolts are tight. But i cant be never a 100% sure if it is leaking?
I have got new gasket witch i have to fit, and put some gasket glue in this gasket. (also i paint the sump today)
I just think if the timing cover gasket is broken?
I fit this sump in place tomorrow, because paint is not dry eyt.
And i must to test/prime it again before i remove timing cover.
If the timing cover gasket is ok, then oil pump must be broken?
Or bearings are broken or oil plug is cone somwhere?
But i cant belive the bearing fault?

I just fix a proplem. It is this oil pick up pipe gasket. Thanks folks..
But i have got another proplem now.
Idle hot oil pressure is poor. 7psi@900rpm. And 15-20psi@ 2-2500rpm
And i think old smitch is stay in the pension someday..
I fit a mechanical pressure gauge in the oil light sensor place
and i drill the oil pump. Drill maxium rpm is 2000rpm when free rev.
Smitch shows 7psi when true is 1kg=15psi
Smitch shows 15psi true is 1,5kg=22psi
Smitch shows 30psi true is 3kg=45psi
And i´m not sure is the oil pressure light flaschin 1 time @ idle? Not sure, but i think? Hope not?
