Fuel temperature sensor thread size

Post by dnb »

On the late hotwire RV8, there's a fuel temperature sensor in the fuel rail.
Does anyone know what the thread size of it is? I want to replace it with a pressure gauge, since VEMS doesn't use the sensor.

Thanks

Didn't look to be a blind hole on my fuel rail, but I must confess to not studying it extensively! I can always drill a hole in it if it's a problem ;)

The whole thing is in aid of making space for an adjustable FPR that doesn't get in the way of the bonnet catch, my 8 coil packs or modified plenum. (And that doesn't require lots of the most expensive JIC fittings...)
