Thanks for the links and info Alex! On the side of the tranny I found this number: PK3836023 8595 3432 But I sent the converter to modifying today. The shop told me they could put the stallspeed up 7-800rpm. Make sure you have the flex plate and the 2 spacers one on each side as these spacers are al...

What torqueconverter fits a 727?

I have been searching summitracing.com for a new 10" 3500rpm stallspeedconverter for my new 727 that I took from a RangeRover 3,5.
Is it a dodge, amc, chrysler or a spesial rover type?

I have a Autogauge tacho with memory but I will test it with my multimeter too.
Its the fuel that cuts, in neutral with full throttle its on-off-on-off.. and the tacho is steady so thats why I don't think its the ignition.
If its the ecu, do I need a new one or will a new chip from ex. Rpi fix it?

This is my tuneresistor: http://www.offroad.no/snitz/uploaded/pål/DSC00148.JPG I think its a 470ohm resistor. But the engine had "cats" and lamda's before I put it in my rig. The wiring loom did I get from a friend in england and its from a engine without cats and lamda's. Do I have to res...

My 3,9 hotwire cuts at 5200 rpm

Why?
And how can I fix it?
It feels like the rpm limiter are to low.
This is my first Rover engine and have only one competition with it.
